Since each product is meticulously crafted by traditional artisans in Kutch, we want to ensure your journey with us is transparent, fair, and seamless.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our structural guidelines below regarding returns, exchanges, and reversals.

1. The Nature of Handcrafted Textiles

Before initiating a return request, please note that our inventory consists of authentic hand-dyed, hand-bound, and hand-block printed garments (including genuine Bandhani, Batik, and Ajrakh).

Minor variations in print registration, slight color shade differences due to natural dyes, or small organic irregularities in tie-dye knots are natural characteristics of manual craftsmanship. These unique traits do not constitute manufacturing defects or damages and add to the exclusive value of your garment.

2. Return & Exchange Window

You have a strict window of 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed package delivery to log a return or exchange request.
To be eligible for a reversal, the garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
The item must be returned in its original product packaging, preserving all fabric tags, brand labels, and protective layers completely intact.
Products purchased during clearance events, end-of-season sales, or marked explicitly as "Non-Returnable" are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the verification process, please complete the following steps:

Transmit an explicit email request to our support desk at [email protected] within the designated 7-day window.
Your email must contain your unique Order ID Number and a clear declaration of whether you require a size exchange or a return.
Mandatory Visual Evidence: You must attach clear, high-resolution photographs of the item, highlighting any sizing discrepancies or transit damage points. For transit damage claims, a brief unboxing video is highly recommended to speed up approval.

4. Reverse Shipping & Logistics

Once our support desk reviews and approves your return request, we will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup through our authorized domestic courier networks.

Pickup Parameters: If reverse pickup services are unavailable at your specific postal code, or if you are an international customer, you will be required to securely package and self-ship the item back to our central fulfillment hub in Bhuj, Gujarat.

Note: Except in verified cases of transit damage or incorrect item fulfillment by our warehouse, the logistical costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Inspection Framework & Refund Processing

Upon receipt of the returned item at our facility in Bhuj, it will undergo a rigorous quality assessment by our inventory team to verify that it meets the criteria outlined in Section 2.

Approval and Timelines:

If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. The amount will be reversed back to your **original payment method** (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
For transactions paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be requested to provide valid bank account details matching your billing profile, and the refund will be processed via an electronic National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the reversed funds to reflect in your financial statement, depending entirely on standard banking clearance cycles.
