We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped through registered express couriers companies and / or speed post only for quick delivery. Orders are shipped within 3 working day of your order and transit time can vary depending on your location. Typically metro cities will have a transit time of 4-6 days, however remote locations (for eg. Northeast states) can take 8-10 days for delivery. We do our best to ensure that the delivery happens much before the above deadlines, however at times there could be a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

For COD orders, you may receive a confirmation call on the number provided by you, kindly receive this call to avoid shipping delays. The courier may contact you at the telephone number provided by you at the time of order to arrange delivery and may also send you SMS updates. If the item is not delivered because you were not available at the time of delivery, the packages may be returned, hence customers are requested to track their packages once tracking number is issued, so they can be available at time of delivery.

Free shipping is available on order above Rs.999. COD extra Rs.100 extra charge apply on total order and COD will not be available in situation of flood, natural or any disaster.

Payment

For online payment, we process your payment through fully encrypted payment gateways and your information is secure at all times. You can verify this by checking that the payment is entered only on “https” pages which will also display a security lock on most browsers. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. You can also make payment using most major bank accounts through internet banking.

Online gateways payment charges are borne by AHVAN, but when refunds apply to customer online gateway charges like 1-3% will be borne by customers.

Cancellation and Refund

For any reason, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown or you have received a wrong product, or the product is damaged, please bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to [email protected] along with photos of the incorrect/damaged product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will resolve it to your satisfaction. If a product has any manufacturing defect during warranty period, the product will be rectified or replaced at no cost to the customer and if reverse pickup cannot be arranged, registered post costs for return will be reimbursed. Shipping reimbursement is restricted to warranty claims only. Products if returned for exchange with another product or store credit voucher do not qualify for shipping reimbursement.

Kindly view all product descriptions and product videos where available before purchase. Some products require special installation or installation of third party apps before use. Some DIY (do it yourself) products will require additional effort and setup before use, and the responsibility of the said effort rests fully with the customer. AHVAN does not provide onsite or offsite setup services. AHVAN does not take responsibility for your ability or inability to use any products bought from it’s site or its affiliates.

AHVAN products are not available for trial and return. We understand that other vendors may be supplying products which can be tried and returned. These vendors may then recycle the returned products to other customers. Which means that you may also be receiving used and recycled merchandise when buying from such vendors. At AHVAN, you will always receive a fresh product.

Note that products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are as per description and delivered in working condition. Exchange is at the sole discretion of the Sales Team and can be exercised only under special and genuine circumstances. Products may be replaced or exchanged or a voucher worth purchase value issued if a return is authorized for your case.

In case an return for replacement or voucher is authorized, the customer may no longer keep using the product. Any usage of the product post a return confirmation would void all the replacement/credit voucher options.

AHVAN shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect incurred by the customer towards usage, inablity to use or failure of the product. The customer agrees to buy and use the product at his own responsibility and risk and use necessary discretion and care when operating products. The maximum liability of the merchant will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. It is the customers responsibility to use the product correctly and as described, and to consult the merchant in case of any doubt.

For any replacement, the product needs to be returned first. In case of replacement for transit damage or warranty claim, postage costs will be reimbursed for the return after verification of the claim. Return of the product is mandatory to initiate a claim.

Refund for out of stock items

For any reason, if the product you have ordered is not available in stock, we will give you the option to change your order to another item of equivalent value you. However, if you so wish, a full refund of your payment will be processed in this scenario.

Processing time for refunds can take upto 7 days. No refunds will be given for items purchased using loyalty points, referral credits or coupons of any kind. Only actual monetary payments can be refunded.

Damage / Loss in transit

Please note that all items are insured with the shipper. If your item was damaged or lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged. However, please note that the maximum period the courier allows for reporting a damaged or lost item received is 48 hours.

In case you ordered multiple items, and you find some items missing, please let us know immediately. In case it is a case of transit loss, this needs to be reported to the courier within 48 hours.

In case the transit loss or damage is reported beyond this deadline, our team will still try our best to assist you and will file a claim with the courier. However, if the claim is declined by courier due to the delay, then we will not be able to replace the item.

Please note that the above terms are not negotiable. The customer support team may still decide accept your claim as an exception, even if you have not met the above criteria. However such exceptions are made as a gesture of goodwill and may not be applicable in all cases.

Cancellations of items

For cancellations please send an email to [email protected] and the support team will try to process a cancellation if the package is not already shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Orders that have been made where any cashback offer has been received cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Other Liability

The Merchant cannot be held liable in any event, for any special, punitive, incidental, consequential loss and/or damages (direct and/or indirect) whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of opportunity, business loss, loss of profit, revenue, loss and/or damage to any person and/or property arising out of or in connection with the use of and/or performance of the Website or any products bought from the Website/Merchant, with the delay and/or inability to use the Website/services/products and/or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, and/or for any information, software, Products, services obtained through the Website/services, and/or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website/services/products, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability and/or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of damages.

The User shall verify the veracity of all information on his/her own before undertaking reliance and acting thereupon. The Merchant shall not be responsible and/or liable for any direct or consequential damages arising on account of the user reliance on the contents of the advertisement and usage of the product/s. Further, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any third part action which results in the information provided by the User being exposed, misused and/or by such third party who accessed such information without any authorization from the Company.

The User hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts / tribunals in Mumbai in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website for information or purchase of products, exchanges, refunds, quality issues, and any other issues that may arise out of transacting on our website www.ahvan.co or it’s affiliates irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
